Newly-appointed All Whites head coach Darren Bazeley will be the special guest at a Friends of Football event to be held at Takapuna AFC’s clubrooms on Wednesday August 2.

Bazeley will be joined on stage by NZ Football’s General Manager of High Performance, Keir Hansen, to provide an update on plans for our national teams.

The two guests will be interviewed by football broadcaster/commentator Andrew Dewhurst and will take questions from the audience.

Free admission to the event is restricted to adults who either:

• Are financial members of Friends of Football.
• Are members of Takapuna AFC
   

Non-members of Friends of Football and Takapuna AFC can attend by paying $10 admission at the door.

The event format is the same as previously used to host Friends of Football briefings from former All Whites coach Danny Hay.

‘An Evening with …’

When: Wednesday August 2, 2023

Where: Takapuna AFC, Taharoto Park, Takapuna, Auckland.

Cost: $10 per person, or free to members of Friends of Football or Takapuna AFC.

Doors open: 6pm.

Bar/refreshments available: 6pm till end of event.

Speakers: 7pm-8pm.

Mix/mingle: 8pm till close.
