Club Chair Glyn Taylor said “Chris’s impact at Takapuna was immediate. He joined at a challenging time for the club but took the first team to the National League in his first season and ensured the teams position for the 2023 season finishing the 2022 season ahead of more fancied opponents such as Eastern Suburbs and North Shore United.”

“I am personally sad to see Chris leave Takapuna FC but know that he will continue to make his mark on New Zealand’s football landscape and so wish him well for his next appointment.”
