Takapuna FC are pleased to confirm the appointment of Joe Daw as the Men's First Team Assistant Coach for the 2025 season.

Club President Glyn Taylor said “the Board is very pleased to welcome Joe back into a senior coaching position with the Men’s first team. Joe brings a wealth of experience and knows what is required to be successful in arguably one of the hardest competitions.”

First Team coach Daniel Semp said "it's a privilege to have Joe join us for 2025. Joe is a proven winner, with back-to-back titles at Argyle, previously leading the Men's First team to promotion and a well-deserved Coach of the Year award under his belt. He’s a true club man who’s committed to supporting me and driving our success. His ability to create positive team culture makes him a perfect addition to our coaching staff. This decision was an easy one for the club, and I’m thrilled to work alongside him.”
