Registrations are now open. We highly recommend registering early to help ensure your place in a team.
If you are a parent completing this registration on behalf of your child, please enter all of your child’s information (such as name, date of birth, and playing history) accurately. However, make sure to provide the parent or guardian’s contact details—including phone number and email address—as this is how we will communicate important information about the season.
This helps us keep in touch with the right person while ensuring your child’s details are correctly recorded.
Registration Steps
Please note that the registration form has been updated slightly from previous years, so we ask that you read the instructions below before completing it.
When completing the form:
Please ensure all player details and contact details are completed accurately.
If your child has one friend they would like to be placed in a team with, please put their name here and we will do our best to consider this. Please note that we are unable to guarantee these requests. Also, if your child is trialing for a team, friend requests cannot be taken into account for those teams. Please do not request more than one name per team per player.

Volunteering options:
Please indicate if you are happy to coach, manage, or referee this season. Your support in these roles is greatly valued and helps our programmes run smoothly.
For younger players, grade placement for the 2026 season is based on a player’s age as at 1 January 2026, plus one year. For example, a child who is 6 years old on this date will play in 7th Grade, while a player who is 13 years old will play in 14th Grade
Registration fee payments can be made by credit card (2.5% surcharge) / Direct bank transfer (POLi 1% Surcharge) or Via Invoice (invoice will be emailed to you).
If you are unable to pay in full, please contact our Club Manager to arrange a payment plan. Payment plans must be in place by March 30, 2026; if a plan has not been arranged by this date, we are unable to guarantee your place in a team.

You should receive an email with your Completed Registration.
Regulations state that a player must be confirmed by their club before the player can take to the field. Registration is the first step. Confirmation will only be completed once the club has received payment and updated a member’s status to confirmed for 2026.
